A hand-crafted miniature world set in 4.5 acres of award-winning gardens. Over 400 models of houses, stately homes, factories, shops , along with some well-known monuments and landmarks. Not forgetting, of course, over 13,000 miniature people who live in the village. A 1/12th scale model railway loops around the middle of the gardens. Fun for all ages

South Devon Railway

The South Devon Railway recreates the golden days of travel between the 1930s and 1960s as it takes you on a scenic riverside trip back in time on a traditional Great Western Railway branch line running from Buckfastleigh and Totnes Riverside. Thomas the Tank Engine is An occasional visitor too.
